I love growing peppers hydroponically, and I LOVE variegated plants. So I was pretty excited when I went to check on The High Rise and saw the most GORGEOUS offshoot. I decided that I needed to take a pepper cutting and root it. That way it could grow into a separate plant that I would then save seeds from.
