HOW TO FREEZE RHUBARB | Growing food in small spaces

Freezing rhubarb is a great way to preserve it for use later on. In my case I need to save it for when the strawberries are in season and I can harvest some to make some strawberry rhubarb jam. In order to become more self-sufficient you need to both grow your food and also learn to preserve it! Rhubarb is a great addition to any micro homestead (unless you don’t like it) as a way to bring in some permaculture.
